What partners ask.
How does pricing work for my clients?
You set the retail price your clients pay for each program. When a client orders, you pay HOO a fixed wholesale price for that program. We agree your pricing with you on your onboarding call.
What happens in 2027?
From January 1, 2027 there is a flat platform fee of $250 a month per business. It is never a percentage and never a per-patient cut. Everything else stays the same.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You pay only when a client orders.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your storefront, intake setup and first content pack are included.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Every partner signs a partner agreement before launch. We walk through it with you on your onboarding call before anything goes live.
How does this compare with other white-label telehealth programs?
Many white-label telehealth programs charge a four-figure setup fee plus a monthly fee before you see a single client. HOO charges $0 to start and $0 a month through 2026.
