What does it cost to partner with HOO?

Nothing to start, and no monthly platform fee through December 31, 2026. When a client orders, you pay a fixed wholesale price for their program and charge them the retail price you set. There is no minimum order. From January 1, 2027 there is a flat platform fee of $250 a month per business, never a per-patient cut.

Do I need a medical license?

No. Your business does not diagnose, prescribe or dispense anything. Every client completes an online visit with a licensed provider, who decides whether a program is right for them.

Who handles the medicine?

Licensed providers from a contracted prescribing partner review each client and decide on every prescription. A licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it directly to your client. HOO handles compliance, fulfillment and support.

Who is responsible for the medical care?

Clinical decisions sit with the licensed providers who review each client, and prescriptions are filled by a licensed pharmacy. Your business never prescribes, stores or handles medication. Your partner agreement sets out each party's responsibilities, and we walk through it with you on your onboarding call.

Whose clients are they?

Yours. Clients find you, enroll through your storefront and see your name. Their medical care sits with their licensed provider, and their health information stays private.

My client talks to a provider, not to me. Is that a problem?

No, that is how it is designed. The provider handles the clinical conversation. You keep the relationship: you are the brand they chose, the place they train or visit, and the person they come back to.

How fast can I start?

Apply today and we contact you within 24 hours to book your onboarding call. Once that call is done, your storefront goes live within 24 hours. If we are creating a new brand for you, we first send a logo and color direction for your approval.

Is there a contract?

Yes. Every partner signs a partner agreement before anything goes live. We review it with you on your onboarding call, and there is no setup fee to sign.

What programs can my clients get?

Programs are grouped by category: medical weight loss, hormone and menopause support, longevity and cellular energy programs such as NAD+, skin, hair and sexual wellness. Every program requires an online visit with a licensed provider, and availability varies by state.

Which states can I launch in?

Provider and pharmacy coverage varies by state. Tell us your state on the application and we confirm coverage before your onboarding call. Michigan partners also get in-person onboarding.

Do I need LegitScript certification to run ads?

HOO Longevity is LegitScript certified. Ad platforms have strict rules for health and prescription advertising, so talk to us before running paid ads for any program and we will tell you what is allowed.

What do I get for content and marketing?

Ready-to-post content every day, a weekly content pack, your branded storefront, print materials for in-person events, and a team that reviews partner marketing for compliance before it goes out.

What happens in 2027?

From January 1, 2027 the platform fee is $250 a month per business. Everything else stays the same: you still set your own price and there is still no minimum order.

What happens when a program is unavailable?

Supply for some medications changes from time to time. If a program becomes unavailable we tell you and your clients promptly, and a provider decides whether another option is appropriate.
